You are looking at the seed of what will hopefully grow into a beautiful website full of information for runners in the future. I am a college student who is working toward becoming the best cross country and track coach I can become before I start coaching. I ran all four years of my high school career and was never the cream of the crop, but I have continued to have fun with my training and I enjoy researching aspects of running on a daily basis.
Hopefully in the near future, when I learn more about building a website, this will turn into a more professional page with a blog on my training, forums about running, and eventually a store with affordable training programs.
My mission for this website is to help spread my love for running to everyone, to learn from the more experienced, perfect my skills of creating individualized training, and provide flexible training programs.
